INFORMATION FOR DEVELOf R: <br />1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall be submltted to the Public Works Department showing <br />eite parking layout, landscaping, utilities, stora drainage, temporary <br />conatruction erosion control, and all requlred improvements Sa the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Departmenc approval of these <br />dravings is required prior [o any permits being lssued. All <br />Smprovements ahall be completed, approved, and warranted hefore the <br />Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />2. CSty streets and alleya are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during constr�ctton. Dust suppresaion and street cleaning mus[ <br />occur as directed.by the Public Borks Inapector. <br />3. Applicaat should provide a covered metal trash container in the lauadry <br />room. <br />4. Apartment complez premises must be clearly ldentlfied at Evergreen Way <br />and 75th Street SE entrancea and each building unit muet be clearly <br />identifled and visible from access roada to the project site. <br />5. The required access roads and flre hydrant mu:it be in place and in <br />aervice prLor to beginning of conatructian. <br />6. The Police Departmeut t�as the following aecurity rrco�endations: <br />a. The perimeter doors ahould be solid core with 190 degree to 220 <br />degree wide angle viewers and aingle cyl2nder deadbolts with 1" <br />[hrow and at least 3" acrewe aecuring etriker plate. <br />b. Bay windowa ehould overlook the parking lot for increased <br />security of vehicles. <br />c. Sliding glaas doors should have Charlie bnrs installed for <br />optimum security. <br />d. Lighting of Che parking lot should Ue a minimum of 1-2 foot <br />candles. <br />e. During Che final atages of canstruction, please contact Dlck <br />Thornberrq, Crime Prevention Officer, at 259-0416 for further <br />security recommendations. <br />10. CTE Northwest has facllitiea at this location. Any building entrances <br />muet be coordlnnted at least 60 days ln advance. Also, the Applican[' � <br />is required to provide telephone easement to the site.
