The following conditions must be met before <br />a certificate of occupancy can be issued: <br />1. Provide landscaping per approved landscape plan. No trees have <br />been planted along the south side of the grass line swale. Lawn <br />or other ground cover is lacking in a few interior landscape <br />islands and along the back and sides of the buildinqs. Numerous <br />trees are missing along the west and east property lines. <br />2. Provide a fence along the north portion of the east property <br />line. <br />Zf there has been no action to c<�mplete the requirements within 30 <br />days or a written commitment to do so within a specified time period, <br />this matter will be turned over to our Code Enforcement Officer as a <br />violation.
