Details of the <br />required system can be found in the SEPA determination or in <br />the City's Design and Construction standards (section <br />4.7.5.3.2). <br />Per mitigation requirement 4, "Development of the site must <br />not adversely affect the hydrology of [wetland B]. The <br />quantity and rate of water entering the wetland from this <br />site must be determined fo�- current conditions. Under <br />developed conditions, a similar rate and quantity of roof <br />drainage or treated runoff must continue to be discharged to <br />the wetland.". <br />Per mitigation requirement 8, "The channel of the stream <br />associated with wetland A is eroding immediately north of <br />the sewer easement. Stabilization of the eroding section of <br />the channel must occur as part of the development of this <br />site. Stabilization techniques must minimize the long and <br />short-term impacts to the associate9 wetland and must be <br />designed to not affect upstream wetland hydrology. Public <br />Works and Planning Department approval of the stream <br />stabilization plan is required.". <br />CALCULATIONS: <br />Detention• <br />The applicant did not have an updated drainaqe calculation <br />form showing the correct pre-development design storm for <br />the Merrill and Ring Creek drainage basin.
