Details of the required system can be found in the SEPA determination or in the City's Design and Construction standards (section 4.7.5.3.2). Per mitigation requirement 4, "Development of the site must not adversely affect the hydrology of [wetland B]. The quantity and rate of water entering the wetland from this site must be determined fo�- current conditions. Under developed conditions, a similar rate and quantity of roof drainage or treated runoff must continue to be discharged to the wetland.". Per mitigation requirement 8, "The channel of the stream associated with wetland A is eroding immediately north of the sewer easement. Stabilization of the eroding section of the channel must occur as part of the development of this site. Stabilization techniques must minimize the long and short-term impacts to the associate9 wetland and must be designed to not affect upstream wetland hydrology. Public Works and Planning Department approval of the stream stabilization plan is required.".
