Plow control structures frestrictor cb�s1• <br />Both flow control structures must be accessible for <br />maintenance. The pond control structure should either be <br />located closer to 75th, or a 15� wide all weather surface <br />access road constructed to the control structure. <br />At a minimum, an access hatch must be located over the <br />.� restrlctor assembly in the detention vault so that the <br />assembly is visfble from the surface. <br />The invert elevation of the pond outlet de�ail does not <br />match that given on the plans. <br />oil/water seuarator• <br />The inlet and outlet elevations of the vault and the <br />, elevation of the bottom of the vault should be given on the <br />detail. In addition, unless the specific manufacturer and <br />vault name is given, the position, spacing, and height of <br />interior baffles should be clearly shown on the vault <br />detail. <br />Utility vault 5106 series extensions were called out on the <br />oil/water separator detail, but the 5106 vault was not... <br />The oil/water separator maintenance notes from section <br />4.11.1 of the City of Everett Design and Construction <br />Standards and Specifications must be included on the plans. <br />The overflow pipe should be equipped with a floatable <br />material separator, per City std. �430, that extends a <br />minimum of 6° below the invert elevation of the pipe to the <br />separator. <br />P1b3na;- <br />On storm drains with depths to the flow line exceeding 5.5 <br />feet, the following structures must be used: <br />Catch Basin Type II (standard plan #404) - maximum i e <br />s.tze of 21" p p <br />Manhole Type I- 48" (standard plan B605A) - maximum <br />hole size of 36" <br />Manhule Type Z- 54" (standard plan �605A) - maximum <br />hole size of 42" <br />City standards call for all manholes and type II catch <br />basins to be equipped with ladders per standard plan ,�606. <br />
