We have been delayed considerably due to weather conditions this winter and have been unable to complete paving, curbing, striping, and landscaping. Four of the six buildings are complete and ready for inspection for certificates of occupancy, and we have requested that the city start the process. In order to finalize this, we need your assistance. The City of Everett presently has a$10,000 check from The Koll Company submitted for work across 16th Avenue West in lieu of an assignment of �avings account. Tliis was to assure completion of this work and to assure that the street was returned in a condition satisfactory to the city. This work is complete ar�d repair work to a section of asphalt pavement as re- quested recently, is currently under way. We rE+spectfully ask that this money not be returned immediately, and used instead as a cash bond to guarentee Tl�z Koll Company's committment to coinplete all landscaping, paving, striping and curbing for this project as required per the city approved plans. We intend to finish this work in a fast-track fashion when the weather permits. (Hopefully this will be within about four weeks time).
