(This <br />is not within City) <br />The subject permit approval is based on the agreernent that all work will be carried out <br />in accordance with the City of Everett Standards and American Public Works <br />Association Specifications for trench excavation and backiilling (refer Section 6l, <br />paregraph 3.06 and 3.06). All street crossings shall be by boring, or other preapproved <br />construction methods. <br />It will be the obligation of the utility cornpany to bear any costs that may be incurred in <br />testing and confirming the above requirernents. <br />The restoration of all landscaping and repairs will be comparable with its original <br />condition and to the satistaction of the City Engineer or his appointed representative. <br />:t will be your responsibility to contact the City Engineering Depa�tment (phone 259- <br />88l 1) immediatcly prior to starting construction. <br />Sincerely, <br />ALPRE� R.
