We have been delayed considerably due to weather conditions this winter and have been unable to complete paving, curbiny, stripiny, and landscaping. Foui of the six buildings are .:omplete and ready for inspection for cert;ficates of occupancy, and we have requested that the city start the process. In ord�r to finalize this, we need your assistance. The City of Everett presently has a 510,000 check from The Koll Company submitted for work across 16th Avenue West in lieu of an assignment of savings account. This was to assure completion of this work and to assure that the street was returned in a condition satisfactory to the city. This work is complete and repair work to a sectiori of asphalt pavemen[ as i�e- quested recently, is currently under way. We respectfully ask that this moncy not be returned inunediately, and used instead as a cash hond to guarentee The Kolt Company's committment to complete all landscaping, paving, striping and curbing for this project as required per the city approvPd Nlans. We intend to finish this work in a fast-track fashion whe;� tne weather pennits. (Hopefully this will be within aLout four ��ceks time).
