Cr, Reference is made to my letter of May 19, 1982, The reason for deleting the two (2) catch basins, are as follows: Building 8- the Type IV CB/solid lid was intended to serve as a junction box ta allow the outfall pipe fran the storm system tc be laid with a minimum of rtructural excavation in the fill prism; the deletion of the structure will not affect the operation of LhP system. Building 12 - the 7ype IV inlet was designed to intercept the run- off from the access road and tightline it to a nearby existing catch basin in 75th Street. However, a plethora of underground utilities will make this installation difficult. Since there is an existing catch basin within ap�,�ximately twenty feet of the inlet location and since storm runoff wi11 flow through the driveway approach to the existing gutter and to the existing catch basin; deletion of the Type IV inlet should produce no drainage problems. Nere the existing Ca not so close to the point of discharge and were there not utilities in place to cbnflict with construction, we would recommend installation of the inlet.
