'1'his approach is aesthctically superior to that available under thc <br />ezisting code. Thc proposed sign is integrated into the stylc of thc buildings and avoids <br />climin�ting a portion of lhc bcrm. <br />DECIS[ON: Thc Planning Director has madc a detcrtnination that thc proposcd comprchensive sign <br />dcsiSn plan proposed by Johnson Properti.:s I, LLC and is consistcnt with the critcria listed in Section <br />3G.210.A. of thc Zoning Code, and is hereby approved subject to thc following conditions: <br />I. The sign must bc installcd a minimum of hvo (2) feet from thc froat property line and a minimum <br />of thirty (30) fect Gom thc edge of Qic driveway entrance to thc sitc.
