(This <br />is not within City) <br />The subject permit approval is based on thc agreement that all work will be carried out <br />in accordance with the City of Everett Standards and American Public Works <br />Association Specifications for trench excavation and backfilling (refer Section 61, <br />paragraph 3.06 and 3.06). All street crossings shall be by boring, or other preapproved <br />construction methods. <br />It will be the obligation of the utility cornpany to bear any costs that may be incurred in <br />testing and confirming the above requirc�nents. <br />The restoration of all landscaping and repairs will be comparable with its original <br />condition and to the satistaction of the City Engineer or his appointed representative. <br />It will be ycur responsibility to contact tlie City Engineering Department (phone 259- <br />8811) imrr,ediately prior to starting construction. <br />Sinccrely, <br />ALFR[D R.
