SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />TIiIS SUBORDINATION AGRELMENT is made and entered <br />into this ��rx day of �, 1981, by and between <br />METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, a New York Corporation <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Metropolitan"), and PIONEER <br />NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, a California corporation <br />(hereinafter referred to as."Pioneer"): <br />WF�REAS, Metropolitan is the Beneficiary under that <br />certain Deed of Trust dated March 26, 1981, executed by <br />0'Donnell, Brigham & Partners - Northwest, a California <br />General Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner"), <br />as Grantor and Debtor, to Pioneer as Trustee, which Deed of <br />Trust was recorded March 26, 1981, on page 2254 in Volume <br />1703 of the Of£icial Records in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of Snohomish County, Washington, and which Deed of <br />Trust creates a lien and encumbrance against certain real <br />property situated in Snohomish County, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS, the Owner has entered into an Easement <br />whereby the Owner has conveyed the following described real <br />property to the City of �verett, a municipal corporation: <br />The Easterly 20.00 feet of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 114 Township 28 North, <br />Range 4 East W.M., lying southerly of <br />75th Avenue Southwest as shown on Survey <br />recorded in Volume 12 of Surveys at page <br />253, Records of Snohomish County, Wash- <br />ington <br />which property shall be used for the construction, recon- <br />struction and maintaining a sanitary sewer and appurtenances <br />thereto; and <br />:. <br />.+ <br />• <br />8201150115 <br />VOLJLI�,�SfPAOE i�:�+� i <br />� <br />� <br />-1 <br />l <br />J <br />
