structing, repairing and operating said sanitary sewer lines. <br />2. The grantor reserves to itself the right to use the <br />surface of the Easement Area for any purpose including <br />landscaping and paved parking; provided, that the grantor <br />shall not construct any permanent buildings or structures on <br />said Easement Area; provided, further, that the qrantor shall <br />provide the City of Everett with plans and drawings of any <br />proposed improvements prior to the construction thereof. <br />3. This Easement shall be non-exclusive and the <br />qrantor reserves the right to grant to others easement rights <br />in and to the Easement Area; provided, that such easement <br />rights shall not substantially interfere with the easement <br />rights granted hereunder; provided, further, that the grantor <br />shall provide the City of Everett with plans and drawinqs of <br />any proposed improvements prior to the construction thereof. <br />4. The City of Everett aqrees that, upon the exercise <br />of any of its easement rights hereunder, it shall, at its <br />sole cost and expense, restore the surface of the Easemettt <br />Area to a condition at least equal to the condition it was in <br />immediately prior to the exercise of such rights. <br />5.
