We have been delayed considerably due to weather conditions this winter and have been unable to complete paving, curbing, striping, and landscaping. Four of the six buildings are complete and ready for inspection for certificates of occupancy, and we iiave requested that the city start the process. In order to frnalize this, we need your assistance. The City of Everett presently has a 510,000 check from The Y.oll Company submitted for work across 16th Avenue West in lieu of an assi9nment of savings account. This �aas to assure completion of this work and to assure that the street was returned in a condition satisfactory to the city. This work is complete and i,epair wur{: to a secticn of asphalt pavement as re- quested recently, is cin-rently under way. We respectfully ask that this rnoney not be returned imrnediately, and used instead as a cash bond to guarentee The Koll Coinpan,y's committment to complete all landscaping, paving, striping and curbing for this project as required per the city approved plans. We intend to finish this work in a fast-track fashion when the weather pe rniits. (Hopefully this will be within about four weeks time).
