An <br />inspection was requested for March 29, 2002, but our inspector was unable to gain access to the <br />job site. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work <br />authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a <br />period of 180 days. If you wish to prevent the permit from expiring without documentation of <br />comp)r^tion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without final approval.
