These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, <br />unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />Information concerning location and construction of shear walls differs between atchitectural <br />and structural drawings. The structural drawings do not appear to be complete in location and <br />detail of holdowns <br />2. Draft stops must be defined on the plans. Location and materials must comply with Section <br />708.3, <br />3 Plans must indicate a I-HR. fire resistive door at the stairway enclosure to comply with Section <br />1009.3 <br />4. General notes on Sheets A -I and 5-3 should be updated to reference 1994 Code Sections.
