This equipment was not part of the tenant <br />improvement or the electrical work scope. All the building and electrical buy offs were <br />completed, but the inspector felt that he had no control of the UL Certificate if the <br />permits were finaled. <br />Before the issue could be resolved between the tenant and the Inspection Department, the <br />tenant ceased doing business in the facility. To the best of my knowledge, the tenant has <br />Icfi the premises. <br />I hope this allows you to close your files on these permits.
