Separate facilities shall
be provided for each sex when ihe number of employees exceeds four. Such toilet facilities
shall be located in such building or conveniently in a buildi ig adjacent thereto on the same
property.
The proposed size of the warehouse space is 9,200 square feet. The occupant load, based on
Table 29-A, would then be 1.8 - reo firing only one toilet facility to be made available.
In order for this building to meet the requirements of Section 2902.3, your proposal is to not
provide facilities within your building, but to negotiate an agreement of shared facilities with a
tenant on the same property. This agreement would be acceptable provided the following
conditions are accomplished:
1. The agreement would be required to be submitted to the City of Everett, for review, prior
to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
2. The agreement would be required to be in effect for the duration of use of the warehouse,
regardless of possible change of ownership of either party.
I
CITY OF EVEgETT• 3200 Cedar Street 0 Everett WA 99201 0 (425) 257.8900 • Fax (425) 257.5556
