Signed and notarized Declarations of Legal Documentation from Sabey Corporation, John Fluke Mfg., Inc., and Merrill Creek Associates must be presented to the City. 2. The Applicant must submit to the Planning Department the original mylar, a photo mylar, and two blueline copies of the Record of Survey/Boundary Line Adjustment drawing. The Everett Planning Department will notify the Public Works Department that the Planning Department has no objection to issuance of Building Permits as long as the City has in its possession a letter of credit for $200,000.00, which can be called by the City after thirty days from this date if the Boundary Line Adjustment has not been filed with the Auditor. The Applicant is also notified that if all of the Declarations of Legal Documentation are not submitted to the City Planning Department by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 25, 1987, a stop work order will be posted on the site until such time as the appropriate documents are received by the City.
