Signed and notarized Declarations of Legal Documentation from <br />Sabey Corporation, John Fluke Mfg., Inc., and Merrill Creek <br />Associates must be presented to the City. <br />2. The Applicant must submit to the Planning Department the original <br />mylar, a photo mylar, and two blueline copies of the Record of <br />Survey/Boundary Line Adjustment drawing. <br />The Everett Planning Department will notify the Public Works Department that <br />the Planning Department has no objection to issuance of Building Permits as <br />long as the City has in its possession a letter of credit for $200,000.00, <br />which can be called by the City after thirty days from this date if the <br />Boundary Line Adjustment has not been filed with the Auditor. The Applicant <br />is also notified that if all of the Declarations of Legal Documentation are <br />not submitted to the City Planning Department by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, <br />November 25, 1987, a stop work order will be posted on the site until such <br />time as the appropriate documents are received by the City. <br />If you have any questions, please contact Cary Doughty at 259-8731. <br />S cerely, <br />ENNIS L.
