These <br />comments address building issues only. Other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire) <br />may require additional revisions or additions. All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 <br />Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />• The area above the drop ceiling on the second floor is enclosed combustible construction and <br />should be shown with sprinkler coverage.
