City of Everett <br />Notice of Application <br />and <br />Proposed Planning Director Unlisted Use Determination <br />99-017 <br />This notice is to Inform you of the public and agency comment period for this development application. <br />Application: On April 7, 1999, an application was submitted to the City of Everett Planning Department. The <br />application was determined to be complete for purposes of processing for public review on April 7, 1999. <br />Applicant: Cascade Coffee, Inc. <br />711 - 100" Street SE <br />Everett, WA 98208 <br />Location: 1525 75* Street SW <br />Project Description: Relocate a coffee roasting, packaging and distribution business in an existing 200,000 <br />square foot manufacturing building. <br />Required City Permits: Building, Public Works <br />Other Agency Permits: The following is a list of permits required by other agencies to the extent known by the <br />City of Everett: Notice of Construction from PSAPCA <br />Special Studies: The following special studies were required as part of this application: None <br />Existing Environmental Documents: A Mitigated Determination of Non -Significance for the existing <br />manufacturing building is on file with the Everett Planning and Community Development Department and may <br />be reviewed at 2930 Wetmore Avenue, Suite 8-A, Everett, Washington. <br />Public Comment Period: Written comments on the application are solicited and must be received at the <br />above address by April 23, 1999. Any person who submits written comments will receive a copy of this notice <br />of the final Director's Determination. If you have any questions about this proposal, please contact Gary <br />Doughty at (425)257-8731 for information. <br />Applicable Development Regulations: <br />• The proposal is subject to the City's SEPA Ordinance, mitigation will be required under SEPA.
