Your office has also approved Temporary Occupancy for a portion of the space covered by that permit
(#162 Inventory Warehouse, #163 Exit Enclosure, #164 Supervisor, #166 Supervisor, #167 Converter Repair,
#176 Toilet, #179 Vestibule). We are writing now to request a slight expansion of the area of Temporary
Occupancy.
The tenant has found that they need to use a portion of Room #168, Converter Warehouse in order to operate
efficiently. The attached plan shows the portion of this space to be occupied by the Tenant. They will install a
rack storage system as shown and will utilize the space for warehouse purposes. This room is fully finished,
including the ventilation and sprinkler systems. The only item remaining to be completed is the tie-in of the new
fire alarm system; however, the existing alarm system is still functional.
This additional area of occupancy does not Increase the number of employees In the building. This area will be
used by a single employee with a fork fft who will be in and out of the space picking up and delivering parts and
equipn+ent to the assembly personnel in Room #167.
The Tenant would like to begin utilizing this area as soon as possible. Since the project is on schedule to be
completed by 7/15/99, this early occupancy will last for less than one month.
We hope that you will find this proposa: to be acceptable. Please contact me if you have any questions or require
any further information. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Haynes Lund, AIA
Project Manager
Sabey Corporation Architecture Group
CC: lily , I )avr 1 M I lawn. Cawy.
