Copies of the permits and last inspections are enclosed. The <br />Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the <br />permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. <br />We would like the opportunity to do final inspections so that we may issue a Certificate of <br />Occupancy for your project. All permitted work associated with the project must receive final <br />approval before the Certificate can be issued. <br />To prevent this file from being sent to microfilm without documentation of final approval, please <br />schedule inspections of completed work, or submit a written request for a formal extension of the <br />permits if work will be continuing.
