(This is not within City) The subject permit approval is based on the agreement that all work will be carried out in accordance with the City of Everett Standards and American Public Works Association Specifications for trench excavation and backfilling (refer Section 61, paragraph 3.06 and 3.06). All street crossings shall be by boring, or other preapproved construction methods. It will be the obligation of the utility company to bear any costs that may be incurred in testing and confirming the above requirements.
