We have been <br />delayed considerably due to weather conditions this winter and have been <br />unable to complete paving, curbing, striping, and landscaping. Four of <br />the six buildings are complete and ready for inspection for certificates <br />of occupancy, and we have requested that the city start the process. In <br />order to finalize this, we need your assistance. <br />The City of Everett presently has a $10,000 check from The Koll Company <br />submitted for work across 16th Avenue West in lieu of an assignment of <br />savings account. This was to assure completion of this work and to assure <br />that the street was returned in a condition satisfactory to the city. This <br />work is complete and repair work to a section of asphalt pavement as re- <br />quested recently, is currently under way. <br />We respectfully ask that this money not be returned immediately, and usEd <br />instead as a cash bond to guarentee The Koll Company's committment to <br />complete all landscaping, paving, striping and curbing for this project <br />as required per the city approved plans. We intend to finish this work <br />in a fast -track fashion when the weather permits.
