Nl <br />May 13, 1982 <br />Dan Olson <br />Koll Contractor Company <br />2021 - 152 Ave. N.E. <br />Redmond, WP 99052 <br />Subject: Public'Norks Permit #81-229 <br />O'Donnell -Brigham Project <br />Dear Mr. Olson: <br />Have completed the review of the storm sewer system and found the following <br />Items need attention: <br />Bldg. 8 - 54" C.B. south of parking lot. <br />a. expose 12" culverts and clean to manhole <br />b. inlet at south edge of parking lot, this unit has not been Instilled. <br />Please Install this unit or provide a professional engineer's <br />statement as why it was not necessary. <br />16th St. - West side, existing Inlet, grout new Interior penetrations <br />Into Inlet. Clean and treat all surfaces to insure a good bond. <br />East side, existing Inlet, scale loose grout and reapply as above. <br />Bldg. i I - Northeast corner - Control manhole, attach lift gate chain <br />per detail <br />Bldg. 12 - a. Control manhole off of Northeast corner, same as Bldg. 11. <br />b. Inlet off of Northeast corner on 75th Street S.W. Grout <br />new penetration to existin,, inlet. <br />Driveway unit off of Northeast corner. This unit has not <br />been installed. Install or provide statement from a professional <br />engineer why It Is not required. <br />Bldg. 13 - Catch basin off of Northwest corner, same at Rldg. 1 I. <br />Regarding the newly Installed french drain system on the south property line. <br />Please submit for approval a plan of the work entailed. <br />Please provide locking lids for all "Control Manholes" as shown on the detail. <br />At the Southeast property corner, bring to grade the existing sanitary sewer <br />manhole cover. <br />I <br />J <br />
