WA 98040 <br />for Paine <br />Subject: storIndustrial nCenter age gDivision sField <br />I, Division11, <br />Division III, the Boeing Parcel, and Division IV <br />Dear Mr. Shepherd: <br />In rosponse to your inquiry regarding the above stated subject, we would <br />like to clarify the follotdng: <br />e Field <br />1 IndustrialdCentere storainagoDivMonoI and Division IIn requirements rnhavealready <br />been built and moot the City of Everett requirements. <br />2 Paine Field Industrial Center Division III will have no <br />requirement for on -site detention when future development takes <br />place on Division III due to the stormwater pending easement <br />previously granted to the City of Everett under recording <br />18201150113. <br />3. The Boeing parcel has an easement under recording 08103260138 <br />for torm <br />nage line <br />storm - <br />water ndingtcasement 'seeion pond ad s attached ioPaine Field <br />Center exhibit drawing dated February 1982, Job /4006.2). <br />Due to the stormwater ponding casement referred in paragraph <br />/2 above, said detention bond can be eliminated and filled in <br />and that portion of the casement cancelled. <br />4. Paine Field Industrial Center Division 1V does not have Posi- <br />tive flow to the stormwater pending easement at raino Field <br />Industrial Center Division III and therefore its needfor <br />on- <br />site detention will be addressed separately when application <br />for future development is made. <br />Sincerely, <br />AURLD A.
