Avitr `,4i'JF TT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3909 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 726. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property known as Treasurer's <br /> Account No(s). 0001 in LID Roll No. 726 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). <br /> 0001 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to provide adequate security for <br /> the payment of the total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide <br /> a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's <br /> Account No(s) 0001 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as amended by Ordinance No. <br /> 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. 726. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the same basis as the original assessment was <br /> levied. <br /> Section 3: <br /> That the total of the segregated parts of the original assessments shall equal the assessment before <br /> segregation. <br /> Section 4: <br /> That the original tract and assessment known as LID No. 726, Treasurer's Account No(s). 0001, was <br /> passed by Ordinance No. 1570-89 on 3/15/89, in the amount of $574,453.00. The original legal <br /> description is attached as Exhibit A. <br />
