Other products as designated by the Division in <br /> consultation with the Solid Waste Management Utility. <br /> Section 4 : Policies. <br /> A. All City departments should use recycled products and <br /> recyclable products whenever practicable. <br /> B. The Division in consultation with the Solid Waste <br /> Management Utility shall be responsible for coordinating <br /> the implementation of this policy. <br /> C. The Division, in consultation with the Solid Waste <br /> Management Utility, may establish a price preference for <br /> any designated recycled product when the performance of <br /> that product is sufficient and a price preference will <br /> significantly increase procurement of that product. <br /> This price preference shall at no time be greater than <br /> 10 percent (10%) . <br /> D. City departments may, at their option, require <br /> procurement of designated recycled products or <br /> recyclable products above the levels required by this <br /> policy or at prices above the price preference levels <br /> established under this policy. <br /> E. The City should require its contractors and consultants <br /> to use recycle products and recyclable products in <br /> fulfilling contractual obligations whenever practicable. <br /> F. The City shall promote the use of recycled products and <br /> recyclable products by publicizing its procurement <br /> program. <br /> Section 5: Paper and Paper Products. <br /> A. The City shall offer price preference in accordance with <br /> policies established by the Division in consultation <br /> with the Solid Waste Management Utility for recycled <br /> paper purchased for use by City departments, except <br /> where recycled paper is specifically required by this <br /> policy or by user departments. <br /> B. The City's recycled paper procurement goal for each user <br /> department, expressed as a percentage of the total value <br /> of paper purchased, shall be established by the Division <br /> 3 <br />
