No. TKD 237 <br /> Storage of such vehicles on private property constitutes both a <br /> public nuisance and a criminal offense pursuant to City Ordinance <br /> No. 869-82. <br /> As the registered owner of the Ford Stationwagon and the owner of <br /> the property on which the vehicles are located, you have the respon- <br /> sibility for removal and disposal of such vehicles.
