I <br /> Again following PUD R/W, it proceeds northerly. Where the PUD electrical transmission lines cross <br /> I-5, the trail remains on the east side of I-5, utilizing Washington State Department of Transportation <br /> R/W until reaching the southwest corner of the Sterling Recreation Organization (SRO) property, just <br /> north of Bekins Moving. The trail will proceed northerly on the west edge of the SRO property and <br /> then run easterly through the SRO property along an extension of 130th Street Southeast. The trail <br /> follows 130th Street east and around the corner at 3rd Avenue Southeast, following 3rd Avenue to <br /> 128th Street Southeast. Turning west along 128th, the trail crosses I-5 on the existing overpass, and <br /> follows the southbound off-ramp to rejoin the PUD R/W at the transmission line. <br /> Continuing northerly on the PUD R/W again, the trail enters the City limits of Everett and passes <br /> beneath the existing 112th Street Southeast overpass of I-5. Continuing north on PUD R/W, it <br /> follows West Mall Drive through Everett Mall, across Southeast Everett Mall Way to the cul-de-sac <br /> on West Mall Drive. Handicapped access diverts west at 92nd Street Southeast to 7th Avenue <br /> Southeast, then north on 7th Avenue to 84th Street Southeast where it reconnects with the trail.
