RESOLUTION NO. 3808 EL FETT A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of a portion of 16th Avenue S.E., North of 102nd Place S.E., described as follows: A Portion Of 16th Avenue S.E., North Of 102nd Place S.E. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those portions of 16th Avenue S.E., North of 102nd Place S.E., described as follows: THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 NORTH, RANGE 5 EAST, W.M., DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SUBDIVISION; THENCE S 89° 16' 53" E, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SUBDIVISION, A DISTANCE OF 30.02 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE N 1° 14' 15" W, ALONG THE EASTERLY MARGIN OF 16TH AVENUE S.E., A DISTANCE OF 1.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF CURVATURE OF A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 40.00 FEET; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY, ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE TO THE RIGHT AND CONSUMING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 42°56' 49", AN ARC DISTANCE OF 29.98 FEET TO THE POINT OF REVERSE CURVATURE; THE NORTHERLY, ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE TO THE LEFT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 55.00 FEET, AND CONSUMING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 110° 14' 04", AN ARC DISTANCE OF 105.82 FEET; THENCE S 5° 17' 19" E, A DISTANCE OF 117.52 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Containing 2,176 square feet, more or less, and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that City Council shall, by resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT that a public hearing be set for August 11, 1993 at 8:30 A.M., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacati f aforesaid right-of-way as herein described.
