(PSI) ha:; conducted a geotechnical evaluation for the <br /> above-referenced project site in ge-ieral accordance with the scope of work as outlined in our <br /> Proposal No. 704-00-P133 to Mr. Ron Ottosen of Valmont Microflect, Inc. (VMI), dated <br /> November 7, 2000. <br /> 2.0 Proposed Construction <br /> Project information was provided by Mr. Ottosen and Mr. Steven Diamond of Tower Engineering <br /> Consultants, Inc. (TEC). We understand construction will consist of installing one 160-foot tall <br /> communication tower(Tower ModF.t No. 72-M960-160) and an associated lightly loaded, single- <br /> story equipment building west of the existing City of Everett water tank facility.
