The existing <br /> antennas on the existing tower are to be <br /> relocated on the new tower. The permit also <br /> allows a 12' by 34' equipment building to be <br /> located on the site. This permit is granted <br /> subject to the conditions as set forth herein. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Snohomish County Emergency Response System (Applicant) requested <br /> approval of a Special Property Use Permit (permit) for the installation of a 180- <br /> foot hioh steel communication tower on property located at 319-76th Street SW, <br /> Everett, Washington (subject properly). It is the intent of the Applicant to erect <br /> the steel communication tower as a replacement for a 148-foot high steel tower. <br /> The antennas on the existing tower are to be relocated on the new tower.
