The existing antennas on the existing tower are to be relocated on the new tower. The permit also allows a 12' by 34' equipment building to be located on the site. This permit is granted subject to the conditions as set forth herein. INTRODUCTION Snohomish County Emergency Response System (Applicant) requested approval of a Special Property Use Permit (permit) for the installation of a 180- foot hioh steel communication tower on property located at 319-76th Street SW, Everett, Washington (subject properly). It is the intent of the Applicant to erect the steel communication tower as a replacement for a 148-foot high steel tower. The antennas on the existing tower are to be relocated on the new tower.
