This easement is necessary for heavy equipment access to maintain a
catch basin behind your fence and for any possible reconstruction of the drainage
pipe at a later date.
The probability of our having to maintain the catch basin is unpredictable. You
may want to place a 10-foot double gate (2-5 foot sections) Into your fence In the
near future to preclude us from taking down the front fence at time of
maintenance. Also it is possible ve would need to remove the fence over our
easement at the back to get to the catch basin (shown). We will not be
responsible for either fence replacement.
Our records Indicate that no permit washave out
for
2the
fen ec nstruif youchave
Had a permit been applied for we would required
eny question, please call Dean Hough at 239-8811.
Sincerely,
ALFRED R.
