The following <br /> C 3 <br /> conditions were noted during the inspection : <br /> 1 . The ceiling and floor in the bathroom are rotted <br /> and/or deteriorated. <br /> 2. The ceiling and floor in the kitchen are in a state <br /> of d3.sreoair. <br /> low <br /> 1 3. The foundation of the house is rotted causing gaps <br /> between the outer wall of the foundation and the <br /> floor of the living room. <br /> ��1� 4. There is mildew in the house. <br /> A" <br /> S. Windows have broken panes and deteriorated frames . <br /> LO6. The foundation has inadequate venting and there is <br /> an overgrowth of vegetation around the south and <br /> west of the house causing moisture retention within <br /> the structure. <br /> 7. The back porch is rotted and deteriorated. <br /> 8. The steps of back porch are not constructed to code, <br /> they are not secure and are considered dangerous . <br />
