If a complete application has not been filed for a building permit or equivalent construction <br /> pen-nit within eighteen (18) months from the approval dale of this decision, the permit shall be <br /> deemed tenninated, unless an extension is granted. If the permittee requests an extension in writing <br /> not later than eighteen (18) months from the land use permit date, the Director may grant a six (6) <br /> month extension. <br /> 2. This is an administrative decision that may be appealed to the City's Land Use Henring <br /> Examiner. An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 days of the date of this notice.
