APX <br /> W <br /> ' : FTT <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3765 /9 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the establishment of ninety (90) <br /> minute parking, 8 A.M. - 6 P.M., Mon - Fri, <br /> residential permit zone vehicles exempt, in the 2900 <br /> block of Nassau, from 2912 Nassau southward on the <br /> west side and from 2909 Nassau southward on the <br /> east side. <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been received to establish time limited permit parking in the <br /> 2900 block of Nassau. <br /> WHEREAS, establishment of such a zone would be compatible with the existing <br /> residential permit zone around Providence Hospital; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor's Transportation Advisory Committee has reviewed the request <br /> and recommends that the time limited permit parking be installed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF EVERETT establishes ninety (90) minute parking, 8 A.M. - 6 P.M., Mon - Fri, <br /> residential permit zone vehicles exempt, in the 2900 block of Nassau, from 2912 <br /> Nassau southward on the west side and from 2909 Nassau southward on the east side. <br /> fia% II r &...e---- <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 31st day of March 1993. <br /> ` } r <br /> Council President <br /> KF:cgheso l(2 <br />
