' N•OTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS) O { Section 7: Violat.,rs of any of the provisions of the City of Everett Building Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and each such violator shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of said building code is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction of any r such violation such violator shall be punishable by a fine of not more titan $300.00 or by imprisonment for no more than 90 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
