i
January 4, 1972 the Evergreen
CITY OF
everett
Cl" NAIL .SSD4009
tVINE". WASNINGtON
118201
Mr. Raymond Lollman IN.rtan ON OVAtTN[NT
P.O. Box 507
Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601
Dear Mr. Lollman:
Your letter of December 27, 1971 which was registered in Klamath Falls
on December 28, 1971 did not arrive in time to reschedule the Council
hearing. As you were not present at this hearing and have failed to
show good faith .in correcting the deteriorated condition of your property
the Council 'gas ordered the structure demolished.
This division will advertize for bids on January 31, 1972 and will award
the contract for demolition to the lowest qualified bidder. The cost
incurred by the City will be invoiced to the property owner and, if
unpaid, will become a lien on the property.
If you desire to demolish the structure by your own methods, it must
be accomplished before January 31, 1972. All debris must be removed
from the site and the sewer line mist be capped if the house is on
the City Sewer System. The necessary permits can be obtained from
the City Engineering Office at 3002 Wetmore Avenue.
We also recommend that you tike action on the adjacent structure; which
County records show you to be the owner of. This residence is rapidly
becoming deteriorated and uninhabitable and may require future action
by the City.
Yours truly
Robert Royce
Housing Inspector
RR:eb
