Everett, Washington Gentlemen: On September 13, 1971, we wrote the City Building Inspector requesting that all correspondence be addressed to our law offices concerning Mr. Lollman's pro- perty at 109 - 76th Street S.W. Mr. Lollman advises me that he received a letter advising him that a hearing was to be conducted on December 29, 1972. Mr. Lollman requested an extension of time for the hearing on account of illness and road con- ditions which happened to be terrible at that time. He was advised that since he did not appear at that time scheduled, he was not interested in tearing down the building and he had until January 31, 1972, to tear down the building, On March 8, 1972, Mr. Lollman discovered people on his property without his permission or notice to him dismantling the building. On March 9, 1972, these parties got their truck stuck on the lot and apparently abandoned the vehicle, which Mr. Lollman had towed away. Mr. Lollman advises that these parties did extensive damage to the lot. Would you please provide me with the follow- ing information: (1) A copy of the ordinance upon which the action was taken to wreck the building. continued:
