Lollman advises me that he received a <br /> letter advising him that a hearing was to he conducted on <br /> December 29, 1972. Mr. Lollman requested an extension <br /> of time for the hearing on account of illness and road con- <br /> ditions which happened to be terrible at that time. <br /> fie was advised that since, he did not appear <br /> at that time scheduled, he was not interested In tearing down <br /> the building and he had until lanunry 31 , 1972, to tear down <br /> the building. <br /> On March 8, 1972, Mr. Tollman discovered <br /> people on his property without hie permission or notice to <br /> him dismantlln:J the building. Cn March '! , 1072, these parties <br /> got their truck stuct: on the lot and nppar^_ntly abandoned the <br /> vehicle, which Mr. Lollman had towel away. Mr. Lollman <br /> advises that these parties did r_rtenslvc amajc to the lrt. <br /> t^:vuld you pleas^ prrvIle roe with the fallow- <br /> ing information: <br /> (1) A copy of the ordinance upon which the action <br /> was taken to wreck the building. <br /> continued: <br /> N:1 <br />
