If the <br /> work is to be done by anyone else, such person must be a licensed and bonded <br /> sewer man and the bonded sewer man must obtain the sewer permit, not the <br /> property owner. <br /> A sketch showing the following information is required when applying for a <br /> sewer permit from the City Engineer's office: <br /> Legal deacription of property (i. e. , Lot, Block, Addition, or unplatted <br /> description) <br /> Distance from front of house to front property line <br /> Distance from one side of house to side property line <br /> Distance from other side of house to ot:-.cr side property line <br /> Dimensions of your house (length and width) <br /> Sufficient dimensions to show exact location of sewer line with respect <br /> to house and property lines <br /> An example of a sketch is shown below: <br /> Lot 5, Block 2 , Plat of BeverlY Hills Div.
