Every— <br /> place I looked from the attic to the sub panels i noticed <br /> was flagrant violations of the Electrical Code. I told your <br /> Electrician there was no need to try to reuse any of the <br /> existing wiring because of the violations and potential fire <br /> hazr.ids. I realize the Insurance does not cover other than <br /> that which was damaged by the fire so the Insurance Company <br /> nhuuld get together with the owner and determine that port4on <br /> of the cost to be born by the owner. The house will not be <br /> re-4nergisnd by the Utility Company until all the -bde <br /> corrections are made which will mean a complete rewire. <br /> You may use this letter to show both the Insurance Company <br /> and the o%•ner our positionoon the house. <br /> Vary truly yours <br /> L.
