May 22, 1972 CITY OF
everett
CITY HALL . 219.0...
LVLIILTT, WASHINGTON
S\101
Gerald Wilson IN04CTION 09PART149NT
311 78th Place S.W.
Everett, Washington 98203
Dear Mr. Wilson:
since the installation of a new pump and new drainfield for Mr.
and Mrs. Troy Ramsey at 305 78th Plac .W. , several tests have
been made on their plumbing, septic and drainfield systems to
determine if there is any leakage onto your property.
These tests consisted of placing dye into various fixtures in
the house. Dye was placed in the bathroom, laundry and kitchen
facilities on May 12 and 15. Your property was checked after each
test and no dye was visible.
ri
Several visits were made by Mr. lunsell and myself as follow up.
11
It is my opinion that your problem at this time does not stem from
faulty or improper plumbing and/or septic and drainfield system
on Mr. and Mrs. Ramsey's property.
Yours truly
Dean Pittman
Plumbing Inspector
DP:eb
cc: Jerry Russell, Snohomish County Health District
Mr. and Mrs. Troy Ramsey
Druce Jones, City Attorney
