2) A wetpond <br /> 3) A constructed wetland. <br /> All stormwater facilities must be designed in accordance with City standards. If <br /> none of the above stormwater treatment options are feasible, in the opinion of <br /> the City's Public Works Department, a biofiltration swale (designed and <br /> constructed in accordance with City standards) will be required to treat <br /> stormwater runoff. <br /> 6. Where soil characteristics are suitable and other site conditions do not proclude <br /> their use, roof runoff systems designed and constructed in accordance with City <br /> standards shall be used to infiltrate roof top runoff to the maximum extent <br /> practical. The portion of the roof runoff routed to these systems should be <br /> designed so that the volume of water infiltrating into the ground on the site after <br /> development matches, as closely as is feasible, the volume of water infiltrating <br /> into the ground under existing conditions. <br /> 7. Location of any drainage facilities near steep slopes will require detailed <br /> geotechnical analysis and design that documents and ensures their safety. <br /> 8. If the proposed or future use of the site will result n the potential for accidental <br /> spills of chemicals, including oils or fuels, to the City's sanitary sewer, an <br /> Accidental Spill Prevention Plan will need to be prepared per the direction of the <br /> City of Everett's Industrial Pretreatment Program. <br /> 9. All chemicals or products of a hazardous or toxic nature that may be used or <br /> stored on the site must be stored under cover and isolated from the storm <br /> drainage system. <br /> 10. Future uses of the site must comply with all city policies and regulations <br /> preventing contami cation of surface waters, including Ordinalice 1750-90, the <br /> Surface Water System Ordinance, and subsequent updates to the ordinance. <br /> 11. City Streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> 12. Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and placed within the <br /> City Limits. <br /> 13. Temporary erosion control measures for construction activity must be operational <br /> prior to commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 14. The site entrance driveway must be installed to City of Everett Design and <br /> Construction Standards and Specifications. <br /> 15. Stop signs and stop line; per MV ,CD standards must be installed at the access <br /> driveway to 80th St. SW. <br /> 16. Pedestrian connections must be installed from the public sidewalk on 80th St. <br /> SW to the proposed building. The connection must be approved by the City <br /> Traffic Engineer and the Planning Director. Walkways must allow pedestrians <br /> EXNIBI� <br /> 4 <br />
