The development will include one building and associated paved parking <br /> try area. We understand that cuts on the order of 8 feet will be nude on west portion of the site and <br /> N fills on the order of 15 feet will be made on the cast portion of the site. <br /> N The purpose of our geotechnical consultation is to (1) review a previously completed <br /> CY). geotechnical engineering study for the Lite, (2) otuerve the excavation of additional test pits <br /> across the site to confirm the subsurface cooiitions, and (3) indicate our concurrence with or <br /> suggested modifications, as appropriate, to the site development recommendations presented In <br /> the previumly completed study. <br /> SUBSURFACE INFORMATIONd <br /> The previously completed study we reviewed is entitled "Subsurface Exploration and <br /> Geotechnical F ngineering Report, '75th Street S.W. and Hardeson Road Parcel No. 1, Everett, <br /> Washington,' prepared by RittenHouse•Zernan d Associates. dated lily 5, 1990.
