Both the tenant improvements for <br /> Panda Manufacturing and Nova-Tech Engineering were also constructed using the 1994 <br /> Uniform Building Code. SGA Corporation requests that you allow us to use the 1994 <br /> Uniform Building Code acquirements to construct the mezzanine for the Chemithon pmject <br /> which is also in the same building. The plans for Chemithon are in your office now for <br /> permit review. Please find the attached detail we wish to use in anchoring the mezzanine to <br /> the concrete wall.
