The following factors were considered prior to making a pre- <br /> liminary decision on this proposal: <br /> 1. The site is zoned M-M, 14edium Manufacturing Zone, which would allow this use. <br /> 2. The site is currently cleared and graded, has a gravel surface, and is being <br /> partially used for narking. The grade of the existing building is several feet <br /> below much of the site of the proposed addition. A substantial amount of earth <br /> may have to be• ramoved from the site and relocated. Any significant earth re- <br /> moval is subject to approval by the Public Works Department. <br /> 3. -The proposed buildinq is one-story and is to be used for storage. <br /> 4. Access is proposed via Both and the existing driveway. Additional parking will <br /> be required in conformance with the city's Zoning code. <br /> 5.
