The proposed action is the issuance of building and grading permits to allow the <br /> construction of a5,880 square foot warehouse addition to an existing 20,160 square <br /> foot- metal buildinq. The following factors were considered prior to making a pre- <br /> liminary decision on this proposal: <br /> 1. The site is zoned M-M, Medium Manufacturing Zone, which would allow this use. <br /> 2• The site is currently clearedand <br /> grade <br /> andgradthe exsting building <br /> ed, iand <br /> ndsis being <br /> partially used for parking. <br /> below much of the site of the proposed addition. A substantial amount of earth <br /> may have to be removed from the site and relocated. Any significant earth re- <br /> moval is subject to approval by the Public Works Department. <br /> 3• -The proposed building is one-sto y and is to be used for storage. <br /> 4. Access is Iroposed via 80th and the existing driveway. Additional parking will <br /> be requir•_d in conformance with the City's Zoning code. <br /> 5.
