9. City streets an6 alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br /> construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public <br /> Works Inspector. <br /> 10. A one year warranty is required on the public water main for an amount not Less than 10% <br /> of the cost of construction and shall run for one year from the date of final <br /> approval/issuance of the first Occupancy Permit. <br /> 11. A two year guarantee is required for private retention/detention or other drainage <br /> treatment/abatement facilities serving areas larger than one acre. <br /> 12. On-site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. The casement will be <br /> submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> 13. As-builts of storm sewer and water systems will be required to be submitted per City <br /> Design and Construction Standards and Specifications. <br /> 14. A permit is required for the destination of the any earth removed from this site and <br /> deposited within the city limits. <br /> 15. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 16. Review and approval of this projects construction plans by the city's industrial pretreatment <br /> program group will be required prior to the issuance of any building permit. <br /> 17.This project must construct a pedestrian access pathway from 80th St. S.W. right-of-way <br /> to the building. <br /> 18. On-site detention of stormwater runoff is required per City standards. <br /> 19.Treatment of stormwater runoff from the paved areas must occur, per City standards, prior <br /> to discharge of the stormwater from the site or to a stream or wetland. <br /> Stormwater detention/retention, quality protection, and treatment requirements for this <br /> project shall be those requirements in effect at the time of application for Public Works <br /> permits. Currently, three options for storrnwater treatment are presented in the current <br /> City standards. The least preferred option is allowed only if the first two options are <br /> infeasible in the opinion of the Public Works Department. The options for stormwater <br /> treatment are, in order of preference: <br /> a) an infiltration basin designed and constructed according to City standards, if suitable <br /> soils exist on the site. <br /> b) a wetpond designed and constructed to City standards. <br /> 4 <br />
